Note: Please allow 2 to 4 weeks after the initial interview for report completion..

What’s Included in the Evaluation:

Confidential Interview:
A 1.5 to 2-hour session to gather background, substance use history, and family
context.
Diagnostic Evaluation:
Standardized assessments to assess behavioral health and substance use
patterns.
Collateral Conversations:
Interviews with involved parties to gain a broader understanding (if needed).
Written Findings:
A full report prepared for legal and professional review.

Report Details:
A 6–7 page comprehensive document
Includes clinical findings, substance use history, and recommendations for court-
related proceedings.

Timeline:
Final report is delivered within 2 to 4 weeks following the initial evaluation session
