The FLUSH GENIE is a fully customizable automatic flush device for urinals and toilets. Its intelligent design lets you switch between sensor-activated and timer-controlled modes. In SENSOR mode, it emits an infrared beam to detect users, triggering an automatic flush when they leave. The device features an electronic push button for a courtesy flush option. In TIMER mode, it transforms most urinals into water-saving fixtures by regulating daily flushes, programmable at 30-minute, 1, 2, or 3-hour intervals. After 135 minutes of inactivity, the unit goes to SLEEP to prevent unnecessary flushes during facility closure. A mechanical manual flush override, using the provided MANUAL FLUSH KEY, enables custodial staff to flush the unit manually at any time, with the electronic push button deactivated in TIMER mode.
